SINUS advance customer services for registered members

One of the most fundamental goals in SINUS credo is to provide its customers with the most efficient, professional and friendly customer service.
To facilitate the foregoing, SINUS management board has decided to take “customer service” to a higher level of definition by presenting its existing and new customers, with an advance online platform that offers various tools and interfaces that enhances the customer’s corresponding experience with SINUS.

MyValves – Advance customer services platform, is offering an array of tools and interfaces. that allows members to view and handle their correspondence with SINUS representatives, track the status of their pending orders and view past orders, perform online designing activity with SINUS engineering department, download essential documents etc.

Online Correspondance and RFQ Interface"

This tool will allow you, the member, to view all past and present correspondences with SINUS representatives. The graphic user interface is designed in a way that will allow you to view all past correspondences ordered by date and topic.

MyTalk can also be reached through any product profile page. Registered members can submit an RFQ (Request for Quotation) by hitting the “RFQ Ticket” button, located at the bottom of each product profile page. This option will allow members to track their past and pending RFQ with SINUS.

"Online Pending Orders Tracker and Past Orders Viewer"

This MyValves tool allows members to view their pending orders and get data such as the production status of each ordered item.
Members can also enter past orders, view the orders content and download or print invoices and packing lists.


MyDesigns
"Online Valves Designing Platform"

MyDesigns tool was created to allow online information sharing between the member and SINUS engineering department representatives. Members that wish to have a custom valve designed for them, or to provide us with technical information about existing valves will find this tool extremely useful.

MyDesigns platform allows members to upload drawings, hand drawn sketches, photos, 3D Solid files or any other technical document intended for the review of a SINUS engineering department representative.
The member can also get feedback drawings from SINUS engineering until the completion of the task in hand and the creation of a final design that is set for production.
